LEGAL CAFE: NEW COLORADO EMPLOYMENT LAWS

The Colorado Legislature passed a number of new employment laws this past session. Come learn from Michelle Ferguson at Ireland Stapleton which new laws apply to your company and take away best practices for compliance with and practical application of those that do apply. Discussion includes Equal Pay for Equal Work; Local Government Minimum Wage; Ban the Box legislation; new posting requirements from the Colorado Department of Labor; anti-human trafficking law; and change in commercial motor vehicle driver age requirements.
