Mr. Hayes is a Principal Cybersecurity Consultant at Point B, with over 20 years’ experience helping organizations securely deliver business value through innovative IT solutions. He has spent the last several years assisting enterprise organizations with cloud adoption and cybersecurity programs across numerous highly regulated industries. His regulatory/standard experience includes SSAE, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, FFIEC, PCI, SOX, and HIPAA. Before joining Point B, Jason was a Principal Consultant with IBM Global Services and the Chief Information Officer and HIPAA Security Officer for a healthcare payor. His formal education includes an MBA from Colorado State University. Jason holds current CISSP and CRISC security certifications. Jason is married with 2 children, and lives in Parker, Colorado.
Mr. Rios is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with 26 years of active duty experience in Special Technical Operations (STO), space operations, intelligence operations, special mission sea duty, and flight operations with three combat deployments. He is a former DoD Joint Specialty Officer (JSO) with previous assignments including the Office of the Secretary of Defense; U.S. European Command; and U.S. Embassy-Belgrade, Serbia.
Mr. Rios’ formal education includes a Master’s Degree in Business, graduate work at George Washington University and Harvard University, and a Fellowship at MIT where he is a published author. He holds a patent for High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) drone design to support both space and cyber operations.
Mr. Rios is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Cybersecurity Center (NCC). In addition, he is a Director on three non-profit Boards.
Mr. Turnage is the CEO of OWL Cybersecurity. Prior to that he was CEO and Vice Chairman of OpSec Security Group, a global provider of anti-counterfeiting technologies and online brand protection. While at OpSec, Mark oversaw nineteen acquisitions, the listing of the company on NASDAQ, the sale of the business and subsequent relisting on the London Stock Exchange, and then the subsequent sale of the business to a private equity group.
Before his operating roles, Mark was a consultant with McKinsey and Co., and a practicing attorney with Davis, Graham and Stubbs. Mark is a graduate of Yale Law School, Oxford University, and the University of Colorado, Boulder. He serves on numerous corporate and non-profit boards, and is a private investor in technology, software, and manufacturing startup companies. He is also a Senior Adviser to the Colorado Impact Fund and a Technology Adviser to the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network. Mark speaks Spanish and Arabic, is married with four children, and lives in Denver, Colorado.
